In the Unlikely Event of a Complaint
As a member of The Fundraising Standards Board, George Thomas Hospice Care agrees to adhere to the highest standards of good practice in all its fundraising activities. Where any complaints are received relating to George Thomas Hospice Care fundraising, they should be directed to the Chief Executive Officer through the Finance Officer, our recognised link with The Fundraising Standards Board.
As part of the The Fundraising Standards Board requirements, complaints that fall within the operational boundaries of this self regulatory scheme, will form part of an annual Fundraising Standards Board return and will also feature as part of George Thomas Hospice Care’s annual report.
