If you are interested in becoming a volunteer at George Thomas Hospice Care you can do one of the following:
Download an application pack by using the link above. Print out the form, fill it in and post it to the hospice.
Email the hospice’s Volunteer Officer at robyne.squire@gthc.org.uk and Robyne will send you an application pack.
