If you are interested in becoming a volunteer at George Thomas Hospice Care you can do one of the following:

Download an application pack by using the link at the right-hand side of the screen. Print off the form and post it to the hospice.

Email the hospice’s Volunteer Officer at deborah.auton@george-thomas-hospice.org.uk and Deborah will send you an application pack.
